For many years, Takeda has been committed to supporting medical education for healthcare professionals, researchers, patients and consumers through Takeda’s educational grants program – with the goal of helping people live healthier lives. Takeda provides medical education grants to a variety of organizations that meet specific criteria and provide quality education in science and medicine.

In the interest of transparency, Takeda began voluntarily disclosing grants to recipients for U.S.-based educational activities beginning April 2009. Takeda will continue to report these payments on a quarterly basis.
