Takeda’s Home Office in Deerfield

On October 20^th, 2006 the doors of the Takeda Deerfield Home Office were officially opened at a Grand Opening Celebration. The new home office is a 380,000 square-foot campus with two office buildings, which include a conference/training facility, cafeteria, general store, fitness center and a 5,300 square-foot remote delivery facility.

Takeda purchased the 70 acres at the northwest corner of the I-94 and Lake Cook Road intersection in Deerfield, Ill to house its new campus in December 2002 followed by the groundbreaking in May 2005. Ultimately, when all construction phases are complete, the 1.2 million square-foot campus will accommodate up to five office buildings.
