Guided by our corporate philosophy, Takeda-ism, TPNA conducts an all-employee survey each year. The participation rate for our most current survey was strong, yielding an outstanding response rate of 93 percent.

Overall satisfaction levels remain high, with TPNA employees rating the company a 4.25 out of 5.0. The survey showed that 94 percent of employees are proud to work at Takeda and 92 percent would recommend Takeda as a place of employment. In addition, the majority of employees believes strongly in the company and feels confident about the future of our organization.

Employees were generous both with feedback about what the company has done well, as well as what we can do better. We continue to focus on our employees� recommendations as we strive as a team to achieve our vision.
